Photoshop CS 3 - designers waiting to upgrade for Intel native OSX
I think many people would agree that it is suprising that Adobe are making users wait until around start of second quarter 2007 until they release the ‘proper’ native version of Adobe Creative Suite 3 - but why such a long wait?
There are rumours abound that it has been caused over a bit of a fall-out with Apple as they have heavily endorsed Quark, a rival to Adobe InDesign. Although this may be a factor, I think that they have let down their users by not releasing an Intel native update - a Universal application as they are known of the whole CS2 suite.
Adobe surely understands that they have just closed off a huge amount of CS2 sales because of the delay in releasing a Intel native OSX version - which we are promised in the release of CS3. I, along with many other designers and studios will now be waiting to upgrade as I have purchased a lovley new Intel based Mac Book - which apart from the ‘moo’ sound (which my girlfriend thinks is kinda cute!) is excellent!

Ahh now I know where the “Moo” comes from!

Yup - you got it… it’s the sound my little MacBook makes sometimes!
