Check your preferences – I think its under display>Cursors (or something like that!)

umm well i turned my caps lock off, still only have crosshairs, idk whats wrong ive been to a couple of other sites none have helped… if you have any ideas plz tell.

Its a real help for those who are not professionaly trained in photoshop…..
It has troubled me like hell….
