Quickly deleting and managing brushes and other presets outside of preset manager

The Photoshop preset manager is a fantastic way to manage brush, custom shape and other ’sets’ in Photoshop, but sometimes you just need to quickly delete a few brushes without having to bring up the preset manager. Yea, you can use the little bin icon at the bottom, but that always brings up a dialogue box confirming deletion – wouldn’t life be better without it… sure would, so read on!

This is a nice little gem – just hold down Alt when you are over the brush (or other) preset you want to delete and your cursor changes to a little pair of scisors – now just click and it will quickly delete.

No dialogue box confirming deletion, the preset is just deleted straight away… ah, thats better!
