Better quality filter distortions and blurs

You can achieve great quality results running filters like Gausian Blur and Twirl at lowers settings, but running these kind of filters at higher settings can reulst in less than desirable quality outcome.

It is often better to run apply filters like these a number of times (say 2-4 times) at lower settings than once at a higher setting. Although it will add a bit more time to your production, the results are often better quality, especially with the distortion type filters. You may have to experiment a little to get the results you want, but it is worth it!
