Interested in learning how to use Photoshop like a Pro? You are in the right place then!
Welcome to Photoshopninja.com – a site full of tips and techniques for Photoshop users of every level. I decided it was time I built up a comprehensive reference guide for myself and decided to share it with the world… So you too can become a Photoshop ninja!
You can use this site as a reference for when you can’t remember that shortcut or technique by simply searching the site using the search box on the left, or as a learning tool for the application.
Now, I ask you to please have some patience…as you may have discovered Photoshop is a very complex application with many features. To document all of this is going to take some time! I am a freelance graphic designer with various other business interests-which means I often work irregular hours. I also have my long suffering good lady to entertain, to remember to keep visiting the site, as I will endeavour to keep adding new content whenever I can!
For this exact reason I am only going to cover the latest version, which is currently Photoshop CS, otherwise known as Photoshop 8, or ‘Dark Matter’ to those in the know! I’m afraid its time to ask your studio manager to upgrade if you are not using the latest version! Many of the techniques will work in older versions, but don’t blame me if some of the stuff doesn’t work as documented, like you are trying to put a layer mask on a layer set in Photoshop 3!
I would be interested in talking to anyone that would like to contribute to the site-I have a list of things I would like to cover and would appreciate any help with this! Every little bit helps as they say!

Well, as we come up to our 3 month aniversary I thought Id give you a little insight into how all these wonderful tips and tricks appear!
As most visitors are probably aware, Im using the ever popular Word Press blog software to run this site, which really is a fantastic piece of code! Its very customisable and it runs very lean on the server, making this site nice and fast!
You may also have noticed that mosts posts are made before 9am, this is because almost all the posts made to this site are written and posted on my journey to and from work on my XDA2S PDA/Phone – which is a fantastic piece of technology, if only it didnt crash so much!
